Food grade stainless steel strainer with funnel suitable for 50 and 100 kg ripeners, diameter ø 310 mm, with three folding supports and 275 micron nylon mesh stocking.

Necessary to filter honey after honey extraction, to remove impurities present inside the honey, such as pieces of wax, wood residues of frames and organic parts of insects.

Once extracted, honey must then be filtered before passing to the ripener for decanting.

The nylon cloth bag allows a very effective filtering, specially designed for honey.

Filter and the folding supports are in food-grade stainless steel, in full compliance with regulations on equipment in contact with food.

Nylon canvas bag can be replaced and purchased separately.

External supports are in steel so the filter will resist the weight of the honey during processing, without risks of breaking or falling into the ripener.

Like ripener, this filter is made within the Lega factory, which makes it Made in Italy but above all Made in Lega.
