• How can I register on the site?

  To register on the site, starting from the home page, you need to click on the Account button on the other one on the right, click on "Register", select "You are a company" or "You are a private individual", click on "Register and follow the instructions step by step.

• What warranty do the products have?

  Lega products have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

• How much time does it take from when I place my order to shipping?

  Normally, with particular exceptions, orders are processed at the latest on the next day. In the period from March to August, shipments may be delayed.

• Where can I find instructions on some machines?

  Product pages contain technical information. To receive further details please contact us directly at service@legaitaly.com.

• What are the payment methods?

  For customers in Italy, the payment methods accepted are credit card (Paypal or Visa Mastercard) and cash on delivery. As far as foreign countries are concerned, however, we accept the advance bank transfer or credit card.

• After placing an order, do I receive a confirmation email?

  Yes, after placing an order you will receive a confirmation email.

• How can I replace an item from my order?

  To replace an item, you need to make a phone call directly at the company in order to agree on how to replace it.

• How can I cancel an order?

  An order may be cancelled by phone or email, provided that the goods have not already been shipped.

• How are transport costs calculated?

  Transport costs are calculated automatically when you place your order: they depend on the weight and volume of the shipment.

• How can I receive shipping information?

  To receive information about the shipment you must contact the company directly: we will provide the tracking number and any telephone number of the courier.

• Is it possible to give the courier the phone number to be notified when the goods arrive?

  It is possible to carry out this type of operation only with some shipments: express couriers, which we use for small shipments, notify customers by simply sending an SMS and of course only in case you are in possession of the customer's mobile phone.
